Process and Pathways

Both the Onshore/Offshore Technical Skills Record (OTSR) and Australian Technical Competencies Standard (ATCS) involves the assessment undertaken by a TRA approved RTO.

Candidates who hold an OTSR and/or ATCS must undertake the ‘Minimum Australian Context Gap’ course (including workplace experience) relevant to their OTSR or ATCS by an RTO licensed by E-Oz Energy Skills Australia in Australia.

Upon successful completion of the Minimum Australian Context Gap course candidates can be issued the full qualification by the accredited course delivering RTO and/or OTSR/ATCS issuing RTO.

This course is only accessible by OTSR and/or ATCS holders for the UEE30811 Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician qualification from the UEE11 Training Package or its successor.

This course is only accessible by OTSR holders for the UEE32211 Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration qualification from the UEE11 Training Package or its successor.
